Bits & Pieces

smART Cards?

So what's with "smART" Cards, you say??  HOW can cards be smart?  If I haven't learned anything in the last year, I've at least learned that knowing is highly over-rated.  The corporate world certainly doesn't encourage the response, "I don't know," so we all learn to at least act like we have answers and know what we're doing (for Heaven's sake!!)  My inadvertent venture into CUT-UPS BY SARAH has been an invitation into the land of "I don't know", "Let's wait and see", and "Well, I declare!".  After 40 years of supposedly "knowing", it's amazingly refreshing not to have to!  (The former English teacher in me knows there's something irregular about that dangling preposition...........but, just ignore it...please!)

CUT-UPS are smART because they know the message before I do.  They present a final "whole" that I never would have envisioned.  My job is to keep finding the pieces that fill my three boxes of backgrounds, pictures, and words/phrases.  I'll attach a photo of the "process" at a later time.

So, here's to lots of conversations about allowing rather than forcing, abundance instead of scarcity, and staying present rather than replaying mind-tapes about the past or crafting scary movies in our heads about what lies ahead.

Let's CUT-UP!!!
